Quick answers to the questions we get most often. Still not sure? Contact us anytime.
Who can rent a self-drive car?
Anyone 22 years old or above with a valid driver’s license. See our full Rental Requirements for the complete list of documents.
What documents do I need to book?
A photocopy of your driver’s license and one proof of billing are attached when you book online. Your original passport (for foreign renters) and driver’s license are presented in person at pickup/delivery, along with the refundable cash bond.
How does delivery work, and how much does it cost?
Choose Delivery on the booking form and select your zone: ₱800 for Lapu-Lapu City/Mactan, or ₱1,000 for Mandaue City/Cebu City. Delivery depends on driver availability at your chosen time.
What happens if I return the car late?
Excess hours are charged at your vehicle’s hourly excess rate. Returning more than 5 hours late is charged as one additional full rental day instead.
What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, credit/debit card (no PayPal account needed), or bank transfer. Bank transfer bookings are confirmed manually once we verify your deposit slip.
Is insurance included?
Yes — comprehensive insurance is included in every rate, for every vehicle in our fleet.
Can I drive outside Cebu City?
Yes, our rates cover Cebu City and the province. Mountain trails and other roads impassable for cars are off-limits, and vehicles may not be ferried inter-island.
What is the security deposit for?
A ₱5,000 refundable cash bond is collected in person at pickup/delivery, separate from your online rental payment, and refunded after the vehicle is returned in good condition.
